Miss Universe Naked body paint pictures create controversy, as they are very sensual paintings.  Of course, wherever there’s the hint of a nude photo there will ALWAYS be people who are up in arms, screaming that they are ‘inappropriate.’ Such is the case with beauty pageants, which are typically for “ladies.”

The photos in question are NOT nude photos.  There’s no bare breasts, and no inappropriate shots. However, some of the photos were taken topless.  The pageant notes that none of the ladies were forced to take the photos, none were forced to pose topless and they were only painted where they felt comfortable.

In addition, the popularity of beauty pageants have waned over recent years. Perhaps the nude and topless photographs are an attempt to raise interest and ratings in the pageants themselves.

The pageant takes place on August 24th, and will transpire in Las Vegas, NV.  The attached picture of Miss Mexico proves that not all contestants were photographed nude.

The Egg recall of 2010 puts half a billion eggs in suspect of being part of the major salmonella outbreak.  What started as a recall of only eggs from Wright County Farms in Galt, Iowa has turned into a recall that has added Hillandale Farms in Iowa as well.

Some of the states affected by the recall are Arkansas, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.

To check your eggs, look for the production code which is found at the end of the carton. These start with P followed by a four digit plant code.  Then, a three digit date code. Look for plant numbers 1026, 1091, 1292, 1413, 1663, 1686, 1686K, 1720, 1860, 1942, 1946, or 1951. Look for date codes between 099 and 230.

If your eggs are part of the recall, simply take them back to the store for a refund. Hey…it’s better than getting salmonella poisoning!

To avoid the risk of salmonella all together, purchase pasteurized eggs.

Janice Dickinson , which surfaced after an ad promoted a contestant from Dallas with a waist so Tiny, Ms. J could fit his/her two hands around it.  Tyra said “There’s something about her I like” – and then went on to apologize, saying that it is ‘impossible’ to see ‘everything before its created.’

However, former colleague Janice Dickinson cries foul, as she points out that Tyra is the executive producer of the show and has her  finger on every aspect of the show.

Tyra is supposed to be embracing “real” figures, but isn’t this girl’s figure “real”?  Unless she has some unhealthy eating disorder, she shouldn’t be chastised for applauding the uber-slender figured girl.

Of course, Tyra Banks may have her foot in her mouth over this one.  Her former colleague, however, will look for any reason to diss her.  Dickinson has called Banks “fat” and “possibly a man”

Krispy Kreme cheeseburgers are available at state fairs, and it’s no surprise that obesity rates in this country are at an all time high. The latest in fair fare is a Krispy Kreme Cheeseburger, which arguably surfaced on Snopes.com in 2005 as the “Luther Burger” after R&B sensation Luther Vandross who is rumored to love the recipe.

The sandwich is 2 Krispy Kreme donuts with a slab of beef, cheese and bacon in between.  The sticky creation has over 1,000 calories and enough fat to get you through the winter.  You can enjoy your Krispy Kreme cheeseburger with a side of chocolate covered bacon and wash it down with a large Coca-Cola – but do so while en route to the hospital because the recipe is bound to give you a heart attack.

The Wisconsin State Fair sells a reported 3,500 cheeseburgers during the first days of the fair. Many people actually eat the side of chocolate covered bacon.

Of course, sweet and salty does have a lovely combination, but I would be afraid of trying the KKC. Many people say those that try it love it, and I don’t need to fall in love with this toxic treat.

Beautician Maria Gabriella Perez, 51, is accused of jilting Liv Tyler and Loree Rodkin out of nearly $300,000.  Allegations include that Liv Tyler had $214,000 in fraudulent charges on her credit card over a five month period – and jewelry designer Loree Redkin noticed $68,000 missing. She confronted Maria Gabriella Perez, who offered her $25,000 in free services.

Now the whole thing is disgusting.  Here we have a beautician to the stars, who had the blessing to work with many, many A-listers – and if the allegations are true, she totally took advantage of the situation. As if what she charged wasn’t enough, she had to use credit cards as her own personal credit line.

Perez faces up to 25 years in prison and 2 counts of fraud.  Her lawyer believes that she will be exonerated of all charges.

The allegations include ringing up bogus services from the salon. The charges were manually keyed in instead of swiped with a card.

Philip Markoff, the man suspected of killing 25-year-old Julissa Brisman in a Boston hotel room after contacting her via Craigslist, was found dead in his jail cell Sunday, the victim of an apparent suicide.  The man the media dubbed the “Craigslist Killer” was found with a plastic bag tied around his head and a cut artery, according to the Boston Globe.

Just a day after he would have been married for a year had his fiancee, Megan McAllister, not called off the wedding, Philip Markoff, according to authorities, took his own life.  The former medical student was accused of not only murdering New York masseuse Julissa Brisman in April 2009 but of two other attacks on women he met through Craigslist ads as well.

Markoff was arrested on his way to Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut.  He was placed on suicide watch shortly after the arrest following a correction officer noticing red marks on his neck that looked like ligature marks from shoelaces.

Although authorities believe all evidence points toward a suicide, the investigation into the alleged Craigslist Killer is ongoing.

According to his lawyer, Markoff was due again in court in mid-September.  He was to go on trial for Julissa Brisman’s murder in March 2011.

Reality show celebrity Tila Tequila made headlines (again) after being attacked at a concert event in Illinois that highlights horrorcore rap icons Insane Clown Posse.  At the 11th Annual Gathering of the Juggalos, Tila Tequila told TMZ that the fans were “trying to kill” her.  And unlike some of her more histrionic attempts to grab media attention, this time she has the Sheriff of Hardin County (where the Gathering of the Juggalos took place) to back her up (to some extent).

Tila Tequila, famous for her over-the-top drama and non-stop Twitter postings, told TMZ Saturday how she had not even made it to the stage (she had been invited to appear as part of “Ladies Night” with Lil Kim) when she was attacked with rocks, bottles, and even human feces from the nearby port-o-potties.  TMZ posted photos of Tequila taken in the aftermath of the attack that showed her with a cut face, abrasions to her side and stomach, and brusing on her legs.

Hardin County Sheriff Tom Seiner said “things got out of hand” at the annual event.  Police had responded to calls of a stabbing and when they arrived, the crowd began to yell obscenities at them as they attempted to make an arrest and get the injured individual to safety.  He told a local television station, WSIL TV, that concert security had to guard the police vehicles while law enforcement went into the campgrounds to get control of the situation.  The victim was taken to a nearby hospital (and was later listed in stable condition).  The perpetrator was a 49-year-old man from Georgia.  He was arrested and charged with aggravated battery with a weapon.

Police were at the scene when the crowd turned on Tila Tequila.  According to her, she and her bodyguard and a couple of members of security quickly barricaded themselves in a trailor, which was immediately attacked by the incensed Juggalos. The men grabbed a table and chairs and covered broken windows, desperately trying to keep the mob away.

It is unknown how Tila Tequila and her escorts got away.  She told TMZ that she got stitches at an Illinois hospital before returning to Los Angeles and making a second trip to the doctor’s at Cedars-Sinai.

Seiner would not comment on the details of what occurred, noting that it was an ongoing investigation.

Sheriff Tom Seiner said the Gathering of the Juggalos is a “nightmare” and that the event gets rowdier and more violent each year.  He told TMZ he would rather it not return for a 12th season.

Despite the violence at this year’s event, members of the so-called “Juggalos,” followers of the horrorcore rap duo Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records artists (horrorcore genre) in general, claim that they are predominantly peaceful.  They maintain that, despite openly aggressive, gory, and violent lyrics, “the family” is about support and the music is about catharsis.

Be that as it may, the “peaceful” Juggalos are considered a gang in the states of Arizona and Utah and several other legal jurisdictions throughout the United States.  In the state of Wisconsin, their Justice Department lists Insane Clown Posse itself as a security threat.

Tila Tequila told TMZ Sunday that she was going to sue the promoters of the Gathering of the Juggalos.  It looks as if she might have a case.

A JetBlue Flight attendant chewed out a plane full of JetBlue passengers, grabbed a couple of beers, and exited his plane. Steven Slater is the controversial flight attendant in question, and after he exited his plane via the emergency chute and told off the passengers he was arrested.

Although no one was hurt, experts say that he could have killed someone when opening the chute.  After 20 years of being in the Aviation industry, this attendant had enough of the “abuse.”

Admittedly, travel has gotten less and less fun over recent years. Rude passengers, unhappy staff, and cutbacks that leave flights over booked and under staffed wear on the nerves of some of the industry’s toughest people.

Steven Slater cracked under pressure, and many applaud him.  His bail is set at $2,500 and he will still face charges.  He also won’t likely be a flight attendant any longer…

A pop tart restaurant in New York City? Ironically, a pop tart restaurant is opening up in NYC which will sell creations such as marshmallow crème sandwiched between two fudge pop tarts.  Or a cinnamon roll topped with cinnamon pop tart crunches.  Or “pop tart sushi” which is different fruity blends of pop tarts minced together, then wrapped in a fruit roll up.

For those who want to be health(ier)  you can eat “ants on a log” which is celery, peanut butter, with wild grape pop tart sprinkles.
I am not joking.  The heart attack is awaiting New Yorkers, and soon they will be able to taste all these delicious creations.  If I were a dentist, I would be sure to plop up an office right across the road with all the sugar being served up there.

NFL legendary coach Jimmy Johnson was officially revealed as a cast member on Monday morning in the upcoming “Survivor Nicaragua” on CBS.

Rumors had been circulating that Johnson was competing in the upcoming season, but the official cast list and confirmation was revealed by host Jeff Probst on CBS on Monday morning.  Johnson, 67, is the second-oldest contestant ever (Rudy Boesch was oldest) on “Survivor.”
