The “Teen Choice Awards 2010″ may not air on Fox until Monday (tonight), but the surfboard awards were given out last night in Hollywood.  Find out who won below.

The “Teen Choice Awards 2010″ were hosted by singer Katy Perry and co-hosted by the guys from “Glee” (Chris Colfer, Kevin McHale, Cory Monteith, and Mark Salling).  They were held at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Ca.

The “Teen Choice Awards 2010″ will air on Fox on Monday night, but fans can get a sneak peek at the stars with a live webcast of the red carpet at the event, which is actually held on Sunday night (and taped to air on Monday).

Emma Watson haircut photos are hot! Jennifer Hudson may shave her head, but Emma Watson cut of her long Hermione locks. Photos of Emma’s hair cut will bring the Pixie  haircut back, there’s no doubt Small framed women all around the world will be sporting this lovely do.

The pixie cut is not for everyone. But the people that the haircut works on, make it look really good. It takes me back to the 1960′s when Twiggy revolutionized fashion and beauty.

For those who don’t know who Emma Watson is, she plays Hermione in the Harry Potter series.  The series is nearing its end, and everyone from the cast to the fans are very disappointed.

Montana Fisburne’s sex tape is still hot. Montana, daughter of Lawrence Fishburne, has made a professional sex tape for Vivid entertainment, which was slated to be her XXX debut. However, it appears as if a second video made with a boyfriend may beat Vivid to the punch.

Montana was “inspired” by Kim Kardashian’s sex tape controversy, and how it jump-started her career.  However, I don’t know if Montana realized one kernel of information – Kim’s sex tape wasn’t one she wanted out there.  It was leaked. And to my knowledge, Kim has neither made nor has expressed desire to make another video like that.

Montana wants to be famous like her father, a Hollywood A-Lister (thanks to the Matrix trilogy) – but she’s doing it via Silicon Valley (known for its adult industry) instead of Hollywood.

A controversy is what this young woman, Chippy D as she goes by, wants. She’s going about it the wrong way.  People all over are rolling their eyes at her ploy for attention.  Perhaps she should have just stole something from Sephora instead?

Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss continues to make news. Jennifer Hudson is an actress that I know best from her small, albeit very important, role in Sex and the City. The actress was a size 16, but after the birth of her son whittled her weight down to a svelte size 6.  This is amazing and inspirational.
Hudson wanted to ensure that her son has a strong role model. She wants to live a healthier lifestyle so she can not only keep up with him, but so that he can have a mom to be proud of.

What I applaud about Jennifer Hudson’s weight loss is that it was done the old fashioned way. She cut down on eating, and she exercised.  She also used the Weight Watcher program, and has since become their spokeswoman.

She lost the weight for the right reasons, in the right way – for that I say you go girl! Hopefully women all around – not just ones who have recently given birth – will use you as inspiration for their weight loss endeavors.

Ann Taylor photoshop controversy is leaving me feeling a bit better about myself.  I mean, I could hardly stomach shopping online, looking at their perfect models.  Of course, if something or someone appears too good to be true – they probably are.

Jezebel.com, a popular women’s online mag, called Ann Taylor out on their photoshopping. Could it be that women in their natural glory just aren’t good enough to be featured online?

replied to Jezebel, tweeting “We agree, we may have been overzealous on some retouching but go [sic] forward we’ll make sure to feature more real, beautiful images.” And also “We want to celebrate the natural beauty of women, and we apologize that in the process of retouching if some of that was lost.”

They apologized only because they were called out on something.  It’s a horrific reminder that as women, we have to be retouched and photoshopped in order for the rest of the world to see us as beautiful.

If Ann Taylor wants to feature natural and beautiful women – then why not showcase a size 12 or even 14 on their site? Someone without, as Jezebel calls it “child hips.”

Nap Nanny recall 2010 terrifies parents of infants all over, as the popular recliner caused the death of a young infant.  Despite warnings and instructions to the contrary, some parents used the Nap Nanny infant recliner in a crib.  This resulted in the child’s death.

The company reports that there have been consumer complaints about infants falling off of the recliner even when the protective harness appears to be in place.  Again, this is disheartening for many already nervous parents of young infants.

If your product was purchased prior to August of 2009, and is a first generation Nap Nanny, you can receive an $80 voucher towards the purchase of a new product. Those who purchased the product after August of 2009 are directed to the company’s web site for instructional videos showing proper use.

For those who have this product, only use it on the floor.  In addition, babies should sleep in cribs, on their backs, with no stuffed animals, pillows, or blankets around them.  Babies can suffocate on those items.

A special announcement about additions to the cast of the highly anticipated superhero movie, “The Avengers,” was made by Robert Downey Jr. (a.k.a Iron Man) during Comic-Con 2010 in San Diego this weekend.

Mark Ruffalo will play Bruce Banner (a.k.a. The Hulk) and Jeremy Renner will play Hawkeye; and director Joss Whedon will bring the Marvel Comics superhero team to the big screen.  

Downey Jr. was announced on stage during Marvel’s Comic-Con panel by Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in the Marvel movies.  They appeared with the other actors who will play the other Avengers, including Chris Evans (Captain America), Chris Hemsworth (Thor), and Scarlett Johansson (Black Widow). The cast announcement was met by a standing ovation.

The movie is slated for a 2012 release.

Among the sea of Stormtroopers and die-hard comic fans, celebrities also come out to celebrate Comic-Con in San Diego (and perhaps promote their movie, TV show, etc., of course!)

Stars of some popular TV shows, mostly those of a science fiction nature, will be on-hand.  The cast of CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory,” which highlights the lives of four comic-loving, nerdy, but loveable guys (at least in my opinion) will be back (Johnny Galecki, Jim Parsons, Simon Helberg, Kunal Nayyar, and Kaley Cuoco).  The cast of HBO’s “True Blood” will also appear, as well as the the creators of the children’s pop-culture show, “Yo Gabba Gabba.”

Members of the cast of the upcoming movie Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (opens August 13) will help kick off the 22nd annual Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards on Friday night at Comic-Con.  Cast members scheduled to appear include Michael Cera, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Satya Bhabha, Alison Pill, Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza, Brandon Routh, Jason Schwartzman, Johnny Simmons, Mark Webber, Mae Whitman, and Ellen Wong.

Sunday is not only July 11, or 7/11, but it is 7-Eleven Day 2010!  That means free slurpees!

Participating 7-Eleven stores in the U.S. are honoring 7/11 with free slurpees, their signature drink.  Just stop in to a participating 7-Eleven store on Sunday untill 11 p.m. for a free 7.11 oz. slurpee drink, according to their site.
