Actress Lindsay Lohan was in tears on Tuesday in a Beverly Hills, Calif., court when a judge sentenced her to 90 days in prison.

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in county jail and 90 days in a substance abuse program for violating probation after learning that she missed seven court-ordered weekly alcohol counseling sessions during the 27 week period between December 2009 and July 2010, CNN reported.

Lohan tried to appeal to the judge.

“I did everything I was told to do,” Lohan said. “I thought I was being compliant. I did the best that I could.

“I wasn’t asking for special treatment … I was just trying to balance my jobs. I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you or your terms.”

Several media outlets and legal experts are reporting that Lohan won’t likely serve the entire 90 days. Her mom, Dina Lohan, expressed her outrage over the sentence saying the judge is being too harsh.

Tori Spelling’s husband, Dean McDermott, is hospitalized in intensive care after suffering a punctured and collapsed lung in a motorcycle crash.

McDermott crashed on Tuesday when he was riding a dirt bike with two pals, People magazine reported.

“He’s in a lot of pain,” Spelling told People magazine, who was reportedly first to report the news. “He’s taking this as a sign and realizing family is too important to risk his life.”

McDermott was expected to make a full recovery.

McDermott and Spelling star in the Oxygen reality show “Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood” with their children, Liam, 3, and Stella, 2.  McDermott’s love of motorcycle riding has been a dispute with Spelling, with heated arguments on-camera on the reality show.  Earlier this year, McDermott fractured his shoulder in a motorcycle accident.

McDermott has reportedly told his wife that he is done with riding and will get rid of his bikes.

Spelling is an actress, author, reality TV star, entrepreneur, but is best known for her role as Donna Martin on “Beverly Hills, 90210.”  McDermott is also an actor, starring mostly in TV movies such as “Always and Forever” and “Santa Baby 2.”

Sultry actress Megan Fox is officially off the market. She reportedly wed Brian Austin Green in Hawaii.

Fox, 24, who has starred in movies such as “Transformers,” “Jennifer’s Body,” and “Jonah Hex,” and Green, 36, who starred on the original “Beverly Hills, 90210,” were married at the Four Seasons Hotel resort last weekend in Hawaii, People magazine confirmed on Tuesday.  

“Yes they are married,” a representative for Fox told the magazine.

Only about a half-dozen people attended the wedding, TMZ reported.  TMZ has photos of the newlyweds wearing their rings, so click here to see pics of the couple hanging out in Hawaii.

Green and Fox began dating in 2004, but called off their previous engagement in February 2009.  News of their newest engagement was confirmed earlier this month.

Fox is reportedly helping raise Green’s 8-year-old son, Kassius, with his ex, actress Vanessa Marcil.

The stars and fans (“Twi-hards” as they are called) came out for the premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” on Thursday in Los Angeles.

The premiere was held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live, with hundreds of fans on hand to cheer for the stars of the film.  Fans were reportedly camped out for several days to get a good spot near the red carpet.

This is the third movie in the “Twilight” series, all which are based on the books by Stephenie Meyer. The movie, which stars Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen), Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan), and Taylor Lautner (Jacob Black), is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide on Wednesday, June 30.

Pattinson, Stewart, Lautner, and fellow co-stars such as Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Ashley Greene, Peter Facinelli, Dakota Fanning, and more were all on-hand Thursday to show their love to the Twi-hards.  The premiere also brought out other stars such as Jennifer Love Hewitt, who is a huge fan of the “Twilight” series, and some of the Kardashian and Jenner clan of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

The stars came out for the 2010 MuchMusic Video Awards (MMVA)  in Toronto, Canada, on Sunday night.

Performers at the MMVA included Katy Perry, Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert, and Miley Cyrus. Miley’s performances (she sang “Party in the USA” and “Can’t Be Tamed”) and outfits are once again being scrutinized by some because they are too sexy, revealing, and inappropriate for her age (17).  Miley appears to be trying to break away from her Disney/”Hannah Montana” image.  However, she recently told The Associated Press, “I’m not trying to be ‘slutty.’”

Justin Bieber, aside from his own performance, made a cameo with Miley.  Watch video below for one of Miley’s performances (and sound off below as to whether you think she is dressing and acting too sexy for her age).

Other celebrities at the event Sunday night included several cast members of “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” (Ashley Greene, Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz, and Xavier Samuel) and several cast members of “Secret Life of the American Teenager” (Shailene Woodley, Daren Kagasoff, and Megan Park).  Also at the event were celebrities such as Jessica Szohr, Shenae Grimes, Whitney Port, Emily Osment, Snooki and Pauley D (“Jersey Shore”), and Perez Hilton.

Actress and former child star Amanda Bynes, 24, says she is retiring from acting, .

Bynes was 10 years old when she started on the Nickelodeon show “All That.”  She then got her own series, “The Amanda Show.”

Bynes made her announcement about quitting acting on Saturday via Twitter (read her recent posts below).

“Being an actress isn’t as fun as it may seem,” Bynes “tweeted.”  “If I don’t love something anymore, I stop doing it. I don’t love acting anymore, so I’ve stopped doing it.”

“I’ve never written the movies & tv shows I’ve been a part of. I’ve only acted like the characters the producers or directors wanted me to play.”

Aside from her Nickelodeon shows, Bynes starred as a teenager on the TV show “What I Like About You” with Jennie Garth.  She has also starred in such movies as “What A Girl Wants” and “Hairspray.” 

Bynes hasn’t said what her future plans are, but she will make her final big-screen appearance this September in the high-school comedy, “Easy A.”

Sultry actress Megan Fox and “Beverly Hills, 90210″ alum Brian Austin Green are engaged … for the second time.

Fox’s publicist, Dominique Appel, confirmed that the 24-year-old actress is engaged to her longtime boyfriend, Green, 36, according to The Associated Press (AP).

Green reportedly proposed during a trip to Hawaii on June 1, according to an Eonline report.  US Weekly reported that the ring somehow got lost in the sand following the beachside proposal at the Four Seasons Hualalai hotel, and remained missing.

“I saw her jumping up and down,” a witness told Us Weekly. “Later, I saw a half dozen staff sifting through the sand.”

Green and Fox began dating in 2004, but called off their previous engagement in February 2009. 

The couple met on the set of “Hope & Faith,” a sitcom in which Fox starred with Kelly Ripa and Faith Ford.  Green spoke about their meeting on the set and their relationship status at the time in a 2008 interview with TV Guide (click here for article.)

Fox, who often appears in lists for Hollywood’s sexiest women, has starred in movies such as “Transformers” and “Jennifer’s Body.”  Her next film, “Jonah Hex,” will be released in theaters on June 18.

Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton is reportedly in trouble for posting a paparrazi photo of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus, apparently without underwear, online.

Along with the link, Hilton stated: “If you are easily offended, do NOT click here … Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!”  The post and reportedly explicit photo have since been removed, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Hilton then posted a video on Monday stating, “I think now it’s okay for Miley to be a little sexier. Because she’s almost 18, you know, so it’s okay for Miley to show her boobs and expand, uh, her horizons.”

Some sites are reporting that Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, could face jail time, as this could be considered child pornography.  A lawyer told EOnline that jail time is not likely.

It’s a girl for Tiffani Thiessen and husband Brady Smith!

Harper Renn Smith was born on Tuesday in Los Angeles, weighing in at 8 lbs., 3 oz., Thiessen’s representative told People magazine.  Baby Harper is “doing great,” and so are the new parents, according to the report.

Thiessen and Smith, an artist and actor, have been married since 2005.  This is their first child.

Thiessen played good-girl Kelly Kapowski on “Saved By The Bell” and vixen Valerie Malone on the original “Beverly Hills, 90210″ in the 1990s.  She currently stars in “White Collar” on the USA network (season two premieres on July 13).

The 2010 MTV Movie Awards were held at Universal City, Calif., and aired on MTV on Sunday night, but it’s not just the awards everyone is talking about on Monday.

Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez

A dance performance featuring Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez (J-Lo) was a highlight of the night.  The routine had Cruise in character in his role as film producer Les Grossman from the comedy movie “Tropic Thunder.”

Cruise showed off the foul-mouthed, balding, hairy-armed Grossman’s smooth, not-very-sexy moves in a dance-off with Lopez on her song “Get Right.” 

Cruise told People magazine afterward that “It was a lot of fun – it was a blast!” 

You know, I can dance a bit, and we rehearsed. And my wife’s (Katie Holmes) a dancer, so I like dancing!”
