Actor Paul Newman who was renowned for his roles in ‘The Hustler,’ ‘Cool Hand Luke,’ ‘Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid,’ ‘The Sting’ and ‘The Verdict’ and many other classics died on Friday of cancer.
(There were initial rumor reports that Paul Newman had died in a plane crash but thats not true. Perhaps since some days back Blink 182 guys were involved in a deadly plane crash, a lot of viewers think this is the only way how celebrities can possibly die).
Paul Newman was Hollywood royalty and a true American icon. Besides his glowing Hollywood career spanning couple of decades, Newman was also know for his generosity. For his contributions to , Newman won the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award at the 1994 Oscars.
Funeral arrangements have not been announced yet but we will keep an eye on it and update the site as and when details emerge.
